Q: Do you sell only Microsoft solutions/products?
A: No. Many of our solutions are based on Microsoft platforms, both new and pre-existing. We enter every situation with an open mind; our top priority is to listen first. Often, we solve problems with business processes first before presenting any variety of technological solutions if/when it is appropriate.


Q: Do you provide service for non-clients that are not committed to a maintenance agreement?
A: Yes. We will help anyone who asks us. Most of our regular clients were first strangers to us who were coping with a crisis and didn't know who to turn to. Testimonials are provided upon request.


Q: Do you charge extra to complete installations during after-hours or weekends?
A: Typically, there is no extra charge for this level of service.


Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: Your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We apply proven project management methodologies to ensure that we all agree on what is needed, what will be completed by whom, and of course, by when and at what price.


Q: Are you or your work backed by Microsoft?
A: No. We are private and independent of Microsoft. However, we are individually certified by Microsoft for the disciplines & technologies we support and sell. We do leverage our relationship as a Registered Partner of Microsoft to benefit from extra training, marketing resources, preferred pricing and technical support for every stage of our projects.
